 Urutan Sukan - Kelebihan Untuk Tubuh Badan

Urut sukan direka untuk mencegah dan melegakan kecederaan dan keadaan yang berkaitan dengan senaman atau sukan. Urutan Sukan bermaksud untuk melegakan dan mengurangkan tekanan dan ketegangan yang terdapat di dalam tisu lembut badan semasa bersukan. Ia boleh dijalankan sebelum, semasa, atau selepas bermain sukan atau bersenam dan menggunakan teknik-teknik yang direka untuk meningkatkan daya tahan dan prestasi, untuk mengurangkan peluang kecederaan dan jika terdapat kecederaan, untuk mengurangkan masa pemulihan.

Urutan Sukan & Anda

Urut sukan boleh merawat pelbagai penyakit dan kecederaan yang mungkin berlaku akibat daripada senaman. Ia juga mempunyai faedah lain yang membolehkan anda untuk berlatih atau bersukan dengan lebih cekap. Beberapa faedah urutan sukan termasuk:
1. Mengurangkan kadar keletihan
2. Melegakan bengkak
3. Mengurangkan ketegangan otot
4. Menggalakkan fleksibiliti
5. Melegakan kesakitan
6. Mencegah kecederaan
7. Meningkatkan kadar degupan jantung dan tekanan darah
8. Meningkatkan peredaran darah dan aliran limfa
9. Merawat kecederaan seperti splin shin , siku tenis (tennis elbow) , terseliuh dan strain , paha (hamstring) dan lain-lain.

AdrianSprints.com is based out of Kuala Lumpur. It was founded in 2009 by Jad Adrian of Malaysia. A no-nonsense website, specializes Track and Field, and generally Sports. Useful information ranging from training, sports sciences, Olympic history, and athletics statistics can be obtained from this site.

 About the Author
The admin and author of this site is a track and field athlete-coach-statistician, strength & conditioning instructor, and lecturer. He studied physical education (BEd) and sports science (MS) at Universiti Putra Malaysia, and a PhD is the next stop of course. His main interest encompasses anything related to the strength & conditioning, yet relative to others, he has a deep interest on training methodology, but the scope is no way restricted to 'NSCA syllabus' as he investigates all other methods including the Russians 'conjugate sequence system'. He is the official statistician for the Malaysia Athletic Federation, and a member of the Association of Track & Field Statisticians (ATFS), as well as the Association of Road Racing Statisticians (ARRS). He has been lecturing in sports-related subjects for several years.

The author is also the compiler-cum-editor of the "Southeast Asian Athletics Annuals" (comprehensive statistics book that includes the annual and all-time lists, records, athlete profiles, and others). His statistical works have been included/cited in many sports websites, local and foreign newspapers, as well as reports by various organisations (including the Asian Athletics Association).

Leona Chin - Malaysian Professional Motorsports Athlete

Born on July 23, 1986. Leona has the heart of speed but only does it on the track professionally. She has been in the motorsport scene for the past 7 years and still actively engaged. She has raced in 12 hours endurance races, 4 hours endurance races, Rallying, Drifting, Circuit racing, Time Attack, Go-karting, Auto-Crossing, Gymkhana and also does personal driver instructing on track for various car clubs.

Leona is well versed in many languages such as English , Malay, Chinese, Japanese
 
This young lady learned to drift since she was 20.
started with attending drift Events in year 2007 and participated in several drift events for the following years. Leona has moved on to other motor sport
when she made it to Red Bull Rookies Team in 2008,
joined the Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race (12hrs) in 2008 Qualified 2nd beating many competitors in their way and finished 6th. Joined and Finished Sepang 1000km (8.5hrs) 2009.
