Virtual Run Category Instruction:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION ON OUR VIRTUAL RUN CATEGORY: 

1. Run minimum 6km at anywhere, anytime before 30th April 2017. 

2. Record your run with tracker apps, such as Strava, Endomondo, RunKeeper, Nike+ Running and etc. 

3a. Print out the t-shirt and medal image, take a photo of you holding the image.

3b. Show the t-shirt and medal image on your phone screen and capture a photo of you with the image 

4. Screenshot your run record (with your distance), and upload it together with the photo taken in step 3 on Facebook. 

5. Write:
I have completed MyManUnited MatchDay Run. Join me now at www.runningevents.my/mymumr #mymumr #manchesterisred 

**Important** 

Remember to put hashtag #mymumr and change your post visibility to public. Otherwise, we can't track your post and run record. 

Participants registered before 31st March will get the items before the run. Registration from 1st April onwards will get the items after the run.
